Zands is a Sport and Exercise Scientist turned Online Business Manager and Business Consultant.

With over 7 years experience in the VA/OBM world and a whopping 13 years in the Fitness, Health, and Wellness industry, it’s no wonder that Zands specialize in this niche.

Zands is a Projector (Human Design) and utilize her zone of genius to support entrepreneurs and business owners in scaling their business, keeping them on their toes and accountable. Your success is her success and she takes ownership in every partnership she steps into.

Zands is a Jane-of-all-Trades, a unicorn in this world. With a double major in Sport Sciences and Exercise Sciences (Physiology), Certified NLP and Life Coach, and holds multiple qualifications in digital marketing, virtual assistant, project manager, online business management, and copy writing. Zands is currently pursuing her MBA specializing in Online Business Administration.

She is a natural leader, go-getter, and adrenaline junkie. She’s a dog mom to two very busy dachshund boys, who travels the world with her. She is splitting her time between Mexico and the US at the moment.

When I became a mother, I quickly realized that raising a newborn is no joke. But I wasn’t about to give up on my career dreams. So I took inventory of my skills and passions and got to work.

I combined my love for stationary, my OCD tendencies for Google Drive organization, my obsession with Canva designs, my enthusiasm for learning, and my social media knowledge to create MAGIC for our clients.
