With degrees in Sport Sciences and Exercise Sciences (Physiology), GLP-1 Specialist (NASM & ISSA), Certified NLP and Life Coach (The Academy of Modern Applied Psychology), and holds multiple qualifications in Strategic Management, Business Strategy, Leading Teams, Corporate Strategy, Digital Marketing, Virtual Assistant, Project Manager, Online Business Management, and Copywriting. Zands is currently pursuing her MBA, specializing in Online Business Administration at the University of Illinois.
She is a natural leader, go-getter, and adrenaline junkie. She’s a dog mom to two very busy dachshund boys who traveled the world with her before she got married in the summer of 2025.
